All assignments will be handled by career investigators who are solely responsible for the outcome of the case.  Each investigator is well equipped, is motivated, experienced and willing to go the extra mile to gain the best result possible.  We never utilize trainees and ask, can a trainee step into your position and obtain the results you obtain? We think not and will only assign your claims to investigators with a singular goal; mitigating your claim.

Disability Claims

A claim is filed when a person believes that a mental or physical disability leads to his/her inability to lead a normal life or find a job.

Disability claims require a level of experience we are equipped to provide.  Often these claims are murky, caregivers are family members or the caregiver is not fulfilling the required duties.  We will assign the most experienced investigator who have worked these claims for years and know what to look for.

An AOE/COE (Arising Out of Employment / Course of Employment) investigation is a workers' compensation investigation to determine the facts surrounding an alleged injury to a worker on the job.

Liability Investigation

The investigation of a liability insurance claim fulfills the promise made by the insurer at the time the policy was sold.

Auto accidents, slip and fall, product liability, customer injury and property damage claims can cost insurance companies and businesses a fortune in not investigator properly by an investigator versed in the art of each type of claim.  Every assignment received will be assigned to an investigator who will hit the ground running and prepared to mitigate losses due to fraud.  Again, we utilize only the most experienced, career, motivated investigators to every case.  No trainees will be assigned to your cases.

A background check or background investigation is the process of looking up and compiling past civil claims, criminal records, commercial records, and property records of an individual or an organization.

SIU Services and Investigation

The Special Investigations Unit is the civilian oversight agency responsible for investigating circumstances involving governmental agencies that have resulted in a death, serious injury, or a fraudulent claim.

Approximately 15% of all insurance claims are fraudulent. Farrell Investigations has extensive experience investigating suspicious claims and identifying insurance fraud. Once the elements of insurance fraud are identified and documented FI, Inc. will follow through.

1. File the appropriate forms with the Department of Insurance and the appropriate law enforcement agency.

2. Meet with and submit a Documented Fraud Referral (DFR) to the Department of Insurance (DOI) and law enforcement.

3. The DFR will be accepted and FI Inc. will follow through to a successful conclusion.

Our investigators will follow through with complete case prep and will keep track of claimant’s social media and online activities that are public and will follow the information wherever it leads.  Subjects often post their activities online and will be tracked when legalities permit.

Managers make mistakes because they aren’t properly trained or they’re under pressure to resolve complaints quickly. Employees are more aware of their rights.

Workplace investigations are used to prove or disprove an assertion, claim, or allegation. Thus, prosecution and litigation are by-products of an investigation, not its purpose.
